Lives that take corona virus (COVID-19) and poverty together

"Corona" made even the world's most significant powers helpless. But what about the lives of the poor and needy? With the arrival of the coronavirus, the lives of India's poor have been turned upside down. With India's sudden shutdown on March 24 as a result of the Coronavirus outbreak, the lives of low-income people in India are suddenly in crisis. Many of the migrant workers, who had to make some money for the time, suddenly lost their jobs.

One night they had abandoned the city that had sheltered them and helped them. They had no choice but to leave the city and go to the countryside. Trains and buses were suddenly stopped, and they lost the opportunity to move to the town and return to their hometowns.

Suddenly losing their jobs, with no money on hand, and therefore suffering from hunger and fear of lawlessness, these migrant workers began a difficult journey. Some people were lucky enough to get into an occasional three-wheeler, a water bowser, and a lorry.

But for most people, walking was the solution. Some had to travel only a few hundred miles, but some had to go thousands of miles to get to the countryside.

Many of them were not alone. Some had to take this journey with pregnant wives and little children. To that end, they had to carry the small umbrella they had collected for their lives, packed in their own bags.

Some were able to make their way to their homes, but others had no luck. Some had to pay for their lives on the roadside as the price of going home.
