Nelson Mandela's daughter dies


Cindy Mandela, daughter of former President Nelson Mandela, the hero of the South African liberation struggle, has died.
 
She was 59 years old when she died while being treated at a hospital. Cindy Mandela, who has served as South Africa's ambassador since 2015, died at a hospital in Johannesburg on Sunday evening, according to foreign media reports.
 
Former President Mandela had six children and Cindy was his second daughter.
 
Cindy Mandela lives with her husband and four children. Cindy's funeral has not yet been announced.
